‍GROUP TICKETS
You enter the booking reference number that is on your travel documents.
Find your name and check in.

It is booked as a group so all names that are reserved on the same reference number will appear.
You must find your name, tick it and check in.

Seats have been selected for everyone, but you can change your seat selection at check-in if you wish.
Everyone has included in their ticket 1 piece of 23 kg luggage that they can check in + hand luggage.

HOTEL ROOMS AT CLARION
Everyone will have their own hotel room. If you want to share a room with someone, please contact ann.kristin.haveland@miles.no and she will arrange this with the hotel.
This year we had so many participants at the camp that the entire Bergen gang had to stay at Comfort Hotel. It is a 5-minute walk from Clarion and 90% of this walk is under cover.

Please be at the airport at least 1.5-2 hours before your flight.

Keycards will be activated 17:00, you will receive your keycard after lunch.

The hotel will keep your luggage in storage until you go up to your room.

Go all out as flapper/peaky blinders or keep it simple with a white shirt and some suspenders (and pants).
We will also buy in some props for a fun twist in pictures 🥸

Please check out of your rooms before the morning talk starts at 10:00.

Guests without a room bill can leave their key in the key box at the reception desk.
Guests with a room bill must wait in line to settle it before departure.
Good news: Miles covers your entire weekend! (Exceptions: minibar, pay TV, and room service.)

The hotel has set aside a meeting room for you that will function as a luggage room before check-in on Saturday and Sunday after check-out.

Anyone with food allergies/allergens must ensure that all of this is registered in Simployer under "Profile" - "Size and values" - "Food allergy employee". We will use this list to provide to the restaurant.

You must ensure that you inform the waiter during dinner/lunch what applies to you.
